Small Craft Warning Über Pils
Hops: Warrior, Palisade, French Strisselspalt, Saaz, Simcoe, Cascade.
Malts: 2-row, Munich, Caramalt.
—>Paired with Charcuterie of spicy coppa, prosciutto, & speck.
– Course 2 –
Loose Cannon Hop^3 IPA
Style: American IPA
Hops: 3 lbs per barrel: Warrior, Simcoe, Palisade, Centennial, Cascade, Citra.
Malts: 2-Row, Caramalt, Munich.
—> Paired with Grilled pork loin, with cabbage and apples.

Riptide White IPA
Style: White IPA
Spices: Spanish sweet orange peel, Curaçao bitter orange peel, coriander.
Hops: Warrior, Saaz, Strisselspalt, Cascade, Centennial, Calypso, Citra.
Malts: 2-Row, Caramalt, Torrified Wheat
—> Served with Italian ‘sushi’ fluke with oranges & crispy shallots.
– Course 4 –
Peg Leg Imperial Stout
Style: Imperial Stout
Hops: Warrior, Simcoe, U.K. Fuggles.
Malts: 2-Row, Munich, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, Black Malt.
—> Served with Home-made pizza topped with barbequed pork.
– Course 5 –
Siren Noire Imperial Chocolate Stout
Style: Imperial Chocolate Stout
Spices: 3 lbs cocoa nibs per barrel; aged 5 weeks in bourbon barrels, with vanilla beans.
Hops: Brewers Gold.
Malts: 2-Row, Crystal, Chocolate, Roasted Barley.
—> Served with “Siren Noire” Crème Brulee.
